Can someone please tell me why my form has such a big margin on top and how do I rectify it.

The form is located at http://hosting-plan-rebates-anhosting.blogspot.com/
and I am just testing the one of many forms I have created.

Also please tell me how i can get the following to appear in a single line

Date of Purchase *
Web Hosting Company *
Plan Purchased *
Domain Name *
Paypal Email Address for Rebate*

instead of like

Date of
Purchase *


Web
Hosting
Company *

Plan
Purchased *

Domain
Name *

Paypal
Email
Address
for Rebate *

This is an issue with Blogger. It appears to be formating the form content oddly. In addition, there is an empty extra paragraph tag before the form begins. You'll need to contact the support at Blogger to fix this.
