				| Payment was cleared through Paypal and I received receipt for payment but it's still Standard. 
 I've written and emailed the receipt to info@mycontactform.com. but my membership is still Standard.
 
 I've read the most recent posts regarding the same issue but fail to find a reply with an answer resolving the issue.
 
 Can you please advise me of the next step to take?

				| I had to reactivate my account and after paying for the Premium service again it is still acting like the free version with limited submits and pop ups. I paid with Pay Pal. Is this upgrade to Premium still pending. My client needs this form up. |  |
