All the tests were okay and worked fine and then someone tried to submit and the www.mycontactform.com log in screen came up. The second attempt gave this error message:
Access Denied (authentication_failed)
I assume she tried to log into our account.
I checked the code on the account when I looked at another post and I do not have any code that redirects to www.mycontactform.com site.
This is the site they go to when they complete the form:

Can you please help me correct this? |

The form at the URL referenced appears to be working correctly. I would need to see the actual form that is triggering the error message so that I may look at the code and determine the cause of the problem.

| Yes all the tests I did were correct as well, so I am not really sure why this person is having problems. |

If it is limited to one person and not re-creatable, then that particular individual probably has a problem on their computer either with a virus or spyware.
