I get an error message that says: This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as http://web/pembrokepineselem/page2/page2.html. You had it specified as being . To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.

I copied and pasted this link to my basic form information location. Then I submitted changes... and this still will not let me recieve emails or let others send emails...

any and all help is appreciated.... THANKS IN ADVANCE.... Very Happy

The HTML that you have on your site is not correct (some of the hidden elements are not correct). This is why the form is not working correctly. Make sure to completly delete all of the existing code. Basically start deleting where the HTML says:
