				| Please post the URL with the issue.  It is likely a coding problem with the html around the form.  Our forms have been tested and work under these platforms.

				| This is an issue with the methods you are using to insert the form.  There is a lot of odd javascript and frame stuff going on.  This is what is causing the issue.

 Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the methods / software you are using to embed the code.  It is tough to say exactly where on the page the javascript is affecting things.  I would start with a simple site using HTML and embed the code there.  The submit button as it currently sits however seems to work fine in non-mobile browsers.
