				| We use a mix of English and French in our form submissions. When that data is exported to an Excel file the accented characters are not correctly interpreted. This was not a problem prior to the site revision. |  |

				| Please check that: 
 1 - The web page containing your forms includes a meta tag that specifies the character set as UTF-8.
 
 2 - Check that Excel is opening the page in UTF-8 formatting.
 
 The formatting should be working correctly for all forms submitted after the first of December.
