Clients are telling me that the forms are pending approvel? I need to get this fix asap

Good Day,

This error message would not be coming from myContactForm.com. myContactForm.com does not have anything in place that would resemble that message.

Some web hosts block forms for new accounts and put up similar error messages. Perhaps this is what is occurring.
