I let my premium subscription expire. I just renewed. The old forms still show up when I log in, but when I click them the link doesn't work. I have them embedded into my business web site. Do I have to start over?

There is no need to start over. If you were using the hosted form option or CAPTCHA, you'll need to re-enable them as they get disabled when the account upgrade expires. This can be done by logging in and clicking 'Xtras' next to the forms.
