I changed our email address for our forms to go to and deleted the old one, but the emails are still going to the old one. I did it the way it asked and also tried the default way but they are still going to the old email address which is not even listed any longer. The send to address on each form is the correct email address. Help? |

Please make sure you are:
1. Making changes to the correct form.
2. Making the changes under Edit > Send to Address and NOT under the My User Information panel
3. Make sure you don't have any third party email forwarding occuring.
The only thing that controls where the messages are sent in the Send To Address setting.
