I had signed up for 2 years of premium membership and thought I had not gone through the period yet, but my account shows basic. With your new interface has something happened to it?

I've been a member since 2007. Question

Good Day,

Your account was upgraded for 2-years on August 4, 2010 with an expiration date of August 4, 2012. You would have received notification of this 2 weeks prior to the expiration and upon expiration. Sometimes these types of automated messages can get removed by spam filters. You may re-upgrade the account under the 'Premium Membership' portion of the control panel.
