I filled out the form using an alternate email address. I got the response but it says <unknown sender>
how can I fix it so that the person sees "my website" rather than unknown sender?
Also, I am not getting the submissions. I had a friend test the page herself and I didn't get an email. Yes, I use spam arrest but check it just as frequently as my regular incoming mail (for such reasons). Nothing has come through yet. |

It sounds like your spam arrest is labeling the sender as unknown sender because it doesn't recognize the e-mail address (or hasn't verified it). This is nothing we can control. We set e-mail header's from: variable as the e-mail address the form is sent to (your address) per the international standard for sending e-mails.
If you are not getting the e-mails, please read the following FAQ. If it is showing up as a sent message in your submission queue, then it is being sent from our server.

I'm not going to bother with it. I deleted the form and will just use a simple "email" link. |
