|
|
Is it possible to have the "Subject" in the autoresponder email to be the same as the "Subject" in the form (Contact Form)?
The subject field does not come over as part of the autoresponder email either, so could be a bit confusing to the customer. At least it was with those who we are testing the form.
Thanks! |

Yes, this is configurable under Edit > Autoresponder.

Hey Nick, thanks for the quick response. I should clarify though.
The "subject" in Edit\Autoresponder is static once completed, so it will be the same every time.
My Contact Us form has a subject field (default one) that allows the customer to input their own subject.
It is that "subject" that does not get passed by the Autoresponder in the email to the customer. So....
1) Can it be passed? OR better yet
2) Can the autoresponder subject be dynamic to be the same as what the customer entered in the form?
Regards,
Joe |

Unfortunately, at this time the subject of the auto responders is static.
