				| Hi there. 
 I have been trying to add an email address to my form send to address. I have 2 address in there now and am trying to add a 3rd. info@mydomain.com. Each time I try to add that email address I get this message:
 
 ERROR: You have already attempted to add info@mydomain.com to your account. Please follow the like below to enter the confirmation code. If you have not received the confirmation code, please check your spam filters. To re-send the confirmation code, please follow the link below.
 
 Problem is the info@mydomain.com email address does not show up on my list so I can not resend the confirmation email nor can I delete the address from my list and try again. It's almost like info@mydomain.com is hidden in the tree somewhere but I can't find it. Any ideas? Or can an admin person login to my account and delete the info@mydomain.com address from my list so I can try to add it again?

				| Please send me an email from the address you are trying to add to, info@mycontactform.com. Within that email, request to be added to the account, and specify the username of the account that you are being added to.
