You may delete your account under the 'My User Information' section within the control panel.

I am unable to see anything that gives me a control panel option to delete my account. Can you walk me through the steps on how to delete my PHPBB account on this forum?

Deleting your account under My User Information in the myContactForm.com control panel will also delete the phpBB account. They are linked.
