Hi,

I renewed my monthly Premium Membership on 16th January 2014, and have a receipt from Paypal. However, my premium features are not working and am being told that am over the quota for form submissions this month!

Good Day,

I apologize for the delay. There was a bug on Paypal's end that prevented the upgrade. I have manually pushed the upgrade through and have given you an additional month of upgrade at no charge.
