Was using the My Contact Form on all my listuings with no problem, and all the ones I had done so far still work to this day.
The last 2 listings I have done the last couple of days are not working. When you click sumit on the form it comes up "Access Denied" and wont submit the form.
What can I do to fix this? I am paying for premium on My Contact Form and if it will not work for ebay for me then there is no point in me having this service at all.
This is the message that comes up:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://vi.vipr.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?" on this server.

I need to see the live code to diagnose the issue. From the error message it sounds like there is either an incorrect URL entered into the configuration for the redirect page (Edit > Redirect Page), or that there is a problem with the code embedded into the eBay listing that is causing the form to post to an ebay.com url instead of our processing server.

Hi Nick
I have identified what fixed this... If I add an option to submit an image it works.... without this it doesnt.... so nothing to do with the redirect page and the HTML is exactly as provided, I havent edited it at all. On all my listings where I was getting this error, it was resolved by adding a file submit question onto the form even when not needed |
