|

I finished my form and attempted to test it using my own information. When I click submit, I receive the error that the email address used is not valid. I tried using random email addresses from multiple email providers but nothing works. |

By default there is an email address added to your form. It appears that in addition to this, you added a separate question for the email address. When the code came out, you manually deleted the default email address which is a special field that contains specific properties. This needs to be placed back on the form, and the email address field that you created deleted.
To do this:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click Edit > Form Questions > Delete next the 'Email' question.
3. Go to Form Management > Get HTML and copy and paste a new set of HTML to your site.

Ah yes, that is correct.
I followed what you said, and it seems to be working fine now. But the formatting for the email message box is centered while the rest aren't. How do I go about fixing this? (can be seen from same link I posted before) |

Glad it is working. To solve the formatting issue:
1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Form Questions'
4. Click 'Edit' Next to 'Email' question.
5. Change 'E-mail Address Field Layout' from 'Vertical' to 'Horizontal'
6. Click 'Next' to save the changes.
7. Update the code on the site with new code (found under the Form Management panel > Get HTML).
