I get the error when I submit:

"You need to specify a subject for this e-mail. If there was no place to input a subject then the owner of the form does not have their form configured correctly."


I get this error even though I have a fixed subject for this form

Please make sure that you have the latest copy of the form code on your page. It is likely missing the hidden variable field where the subject line is defined.
