My form will not load on Apple devices (iPad and iPhone 6). It will load fine on PC's. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? Thanks! -Dave

Good Day,

I appears that your site uses a mobile template for when it is brought up on a cell phone which is ignoring the content outside of the paragraph tag on your site. I would try to embed the form within the <p> area and see if it works. This is a mobile template issue.
