Customers fill in the form, ... but after the customer submits, an error message comes up saying, ... "server not found"
so the customer thinks it is not working even though it is, because I do recieve the form info' and the customer does recieves a confirmation email.
Very strange, any help much appreciated.

Good Day,

Apologies for the delayed response. This error message is caused when the Redirect Page for the form is set to an invalid URL. Typically this is caused by a typo in the config. Please check that the URL set under Edit > Redirect Page is a valid address with no errors.
