When submitting a form, the following message comes up:

This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as voicewell.com.au/hdmvw-aug-19. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location. Currently you have the 'Form Location' specified as:
http:// http://www.voicewell.com.au/hdmvw-aug-19/

However, I have checked all the places and put the correct URL in. None of them have the double http:// so I don't know why this error message is popping up.

Had an extra http:// listed for the form URL. I went in and removed it. It should now be working.

I have the same problem as before.
I get this message:
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as voicewell.com.au/estill-course-review-registration. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location. Currently you have the 'Form Location' specified as:
http:// http://www.voicewell.com.au/estill-course-review-registration/

I cannot remove the / on my website, so have gone to mycontactform and added one, updated the HTML settings and the website. The error message still remains.

Please go in and change the URL under Edit > Basic Form Information > Form Location. If you copy and paste the URL directly out of the error message, it will correct the issue. Please also make sure you're editing the proper form in the control panel (people often mix up multiple forms).

I have changed all the settings to voicewell.com.au/registration-20190504-html/ I need to have the extra / at the end - my website gives no option, but I have changed that too. I don't know where the http://voicewell.com.au/registration-chc.html location comes from - I can't find it! Help!

Good Day,

I am unable to find a form at http://voicewell.com.au/registration-chc.html, although the form at voicewell.com.au/registration-20190504-html seems to be working. Perhaps this has been resolved?

There are a lot of similar forms in your account, so please make sure that you are editing the form location setting for the correct form. If you copy the URL from the error message and paste it into the config for the proper form, it will work.
