Understand all the ins and outs of Form Management with one exception.

In a Form, can I create an opportunity for the Form End User to Browse his Computer and select a File which he/she can upload to me as the Webmaster. Perhaps Upload a Word Document or a JPG Photo File that he/she wants me to publish on my Web Site.

If yes, where would the files be stored - so that I can access them to use them.

Any comments will be appreciated.

Yes. This option is available by clicking 'Xtras' next to the name of the form in 'Form Management' and then 'File Attachment Fields'.
