Since the 23rd of May, we’ve been having trouble with our online forms (kitrequestform and updateform). The issues are unlike anything we’ve seen before. The form is capturing the information, but unable to send it to us. The info just seems to disappear (not in filters or other obvious locations). Could you please shed some light?
Email from my manager re: the forms:
"IT guys have checked the filters – and nothing is there. Mycontactform.com is still collecting info. I just went and downloaded a bunch of it a moment ago. However, it isn’t getting sent to us. Or doesn’t seem to be getting sent to us.

We wondered if maybe it was associated with the European Union data policy changes. Stephan’s exact quote was: “It made online things go wonky.” But we have zero proof of that idea."

I sent a test submission through the form and then checked our mail log. Everything on our end it is showing that the message was delivered. If they are not getting to you, it is likely that there is filtering occurring on your incoming email server, or on the individual email client end. We are not seeing anything get bounced or rejected on our end.
