I've since taken it off, because it doesn't work, but I have screenshots. I added a captcha to http://www.frozenfoodfulfillment.com/contact.html
using the form security page. I clicked that form, then saved configuration. I added the code to the form and uploaded it. this is what I got.

Oh, are you kidding me?? I can't upload screenshots?

Ok well I will describe the screenshots. They show me correctly adding the captcha, then getting an error saying I'd entered it wrong.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the CAPTCHA feature. A large majority of our users use CAPTCHA successfully on their pages, so I can assure you it works.

I'd try disabling the CAPTCHA and then re-enabling it, and then copying and pasting fresh code to your site. Unfortunately, without actually being able to go to the site and see the code embedded, it is not possible to diagnose the issue.

The message is likely caused by an error in the code on your site. If a hidden field is removed or a name of a field is changed, it can cause problems. I'd check that the code on you page is the same as what we've provided.

Since you've mentioned the code, you always provide tables. Since tables are largely redundant in newer websites, when will you provide other options like bootstrap?

The code on your site is not correct or as we provided it.

There is a hidden formid field is indicated that the form ID is 431691, where-as the formid associated with the visual verification image is 231597.

Please look at the code we've provided. The ID 431691 should be the correct one.
