I have two forms on one webpage and each has the CAPTCHA function. Sometimes, but not always, the CAPTCHA image does not load properly on one or the other. In the place of the image is text reading "Visual Verification Image."

Possible clues:

- If I refresh the page, the image loads
- If I keep hitting refresh, the image on one or the other form fails to load three to five times out of ten.

Can anyone please advise how to fix this error?

Hi Gordon,

Our system is designed to have only one form per page. Unfortunately, multiple forms will sometimes cause the CAPTCHA to fail. I would try placing one of the forms within a separate iframe so that it is on a separate URL (although visually it will look the same).
