The date picker is working fine in preview but not working on my wordpress site

There is likely a conflict with CSS being used on your base web page.

In the preview all is fine, but when I import it to my WordPress page, the date picker pop-ups relocate to a line above the first question. The question title stays in the same place, just the entry field moves.

I also tried placing it on a blank page (non-Wordpress) and got the same results. In the essence of time, I used text fields for the two date questions, and all worked fine...

Any suggestions.
