How can we have the form sender's IP linked to an application form to meet compliance requirements? The application form html is embedded on the website page for applicant access.

Also, we need 2 attachments to the form with the e-signature.

The IP address is added to the header of each email. Please note that some browsers block this information from being sent, so there are some cases where it will not appear. Attachments can be added under the 'Xtras' section of the control panel.
