I have read the MANY MANY posts about this. You keep telling everyone to blank it out to https:// and it will fix the problem. It does not.
I have tried https://
I have tried https://phoenixfeather.com
I have tried https://phoenixfeather.com/enrollonlinejazzworkshop.html
(I have tried the same configurations for my other forms as well)
Today, I got TWO COMPLAINTS from people trying to use the forms - screenshots of the error message were attached to their emails. The error said [each time] to change it to https://phoenixfeather.com/enrollonlinejazzworkshop.html - so I did and asked them to try again. Same issue only now it said to change the form location to https://phoenixfeather.com {!}
I tried blanking it out to https:// [as you have told everyone to do] and asked them to try again. They got the message to change it to https://phoenixfeather.com{!!!}
Do you see why we [your customers] are all so frustrated?
This is getting REALLY old (and annoying). How many potential customers fill out the form, get the error, try again only to get the error again....and then GIVE UP to go elsewhere because this problem makes MY BUSINESS look disorganized.
Clearly, there is a problem. Please find a solution - OTHER THAN just the same answer (about blanking out the location to https://) to everyone....which does NOT work.
I'm going to try GOOGLE FORMS.....
Thank you |

Blanking out the form location setting does work.
1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Under the question 'What web address(es) will this form be located (include filename)?' completely delete out all content in the box. Do not put in any content.
NOTE: if you reload this page, it will automatically add an http:// to the text box. If you have reloaded the page, go ahead and delete out the text http:// and leave the box blank.
4. Click 'Next'.
5. Test the form. It will now work.
