Is there anyone from mycontactform even monitoring this support forum anymore? We have been a paid subscriber for years and have not gotten any response to the help request posted for over a month now. Autoresponder is not working and we are cancelling the subscription if it's not fixed.

We submitted two support requests that have gone unanswered. Bug reports not being answered, either.

Have waited weeks with no response. No more chances.
