There are 4 options for the Sent To address but three are grayed out, why?
The three options that you see grayed out are:
2. Send form submittals to up to 5 predefined e-mail addresses.
3. Allow the user to select one address from a predefined list to send to.
4. Allow the user to select multiple addresses from a predefined list to send to.
These options are not available to you because you are not a Premium Member.
