" Your program is perfect. The form creator my server company provided was overly complicated and simplistic. Most of the other programs on the internet were the same or just too expensive. There are 4 options for the Sent To address but three are grayed out, why?
The three options that you see grayed out are:
2. Send form submittals to up to 5 predefined e-mail addresses.
3. Allow the user to select one address from a predefined list to send to.
4. Allow the user to select multiple addresses from a predefined list to send to.
