The default contact address for your account is the e-mail address which you specify to receive all site related e-mail correspondence. This can include site update information, quota notifications, premium upgrade notifications and reminders, as well as other site related notifications. You may change which e-mail addresses listed under your account are designated as contact addresses by logging in to your account and clicking the My User Information button.
