How do I change my user information?
In order to change the name associated with your account, you must be a Premium Member. It is not possible to change the username of your account.
If you are a Premium Member you can change the name associated with your account by doing the following:
1. Login to myContactForm.com.
2. Click the button on the right navigation bar that says My User Information.
3. Click the link next to your name that says change.
4. Follow all on-screen instructions.
